About this course

The course titled Masters Honour in Mechanical Engineering-Engineering Design is designed to dissipate skills and knowledge to the master’s level students that are sufficient to provide them a holistic knowledge of the subject. This would enable them to take on the day to day challenges that would come in the persecution of their skill at the practical level.

As a sub-division of Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design course covers the operational analysis, evaluation and problem-solving methods of mechanical design engineering. Skills, such as inventiveness and creativity, are discussed as students practice evaluating and finding solutions to real-world mechanical design engineering problems. Topics include designing for dynamic response and the design of power transmissions, deflection, and complex mechanical sections.

 

Masters Honour in Mechanical Engineering-Engineering Design is a 2 Years of Program which can be completed in 12 Months with the help of (Fast Track Feature).

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates in Mechanical Engineering, 4+ years of professional experience.

  • EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Indian Student – Graduates (10+2+4) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) or working professionals with a minimum of 4+ years of experience.

International Student  – Graduation or equivalent degree in an Engineering discipline from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country.

Adequate command of spoken and written English.

Syllabus

"Masters Honour in Mechanical Engineering - Engineering Design" is a 2 Years of Program which can be completed in 12 Months with the help of (Fast Track Feature). "Masters Honour in Mechanical Engineering - Engineering Design" has comprised of 3 Sems + 1 Dissertation (project study). In Sem 1 there will be a total of 5 compulsory subjects out of which 3 subjects are standard whereas 2 comes with electives. In Sem 2 there will be a total of 5 compulsory subjects out of which 3 subjects are standard whereas 2 comes with electives. In Sem 3 there will be a total of 2 subjects and both the subjects will come with electives. Students will get 30 live sessions / 2 Hours Each. The total live learning hours will be 60. The total private learning hours will be 80. Total learning involves in the course is 140 Hours.
